OUTSIDE SALES REP FOR Growing Real Estate Company (must be A... Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - Job Position: Acquisitions Manager for growing Real Estate Company.
Compensation: 2 Options: $2000 base + commission
$80,000-$200,000 in potential per year
Job Summary: We are looking for the best of the best - the top 1%. We are a growing/fast paced real estate investment company and are looking for the right person to help us grow further and manage our leads, schedule and attend appointments. The right person will be able to multi-task and feel comfortable talking on the phone and work with computers. We are looking for a quick learner and someone who will be dedicated to our company as much as we are.
Job Responsibilities:
Take in a lot incoming phone calls and seller leads
Promptly return phone calls (within 3 min) from any online inbound leads
Most leads are warm and are generated for you through our marketing
Update info on our CRM software (Podio)
Follow-up periodically with all old leads and build rapport with sellers with text and phone and email
Meet with potential Sellers to sell their home to our company
Schedule appointments with sellers and do preliminary determination of property market value--- We will help with that
Attend appointments with the goal of presenting a cash offer and getting a contract signed to purchase real estate directly from seller (no license needed as we are not representing sellers as their agents)

The Perfect Candidate Brings:
1-5 yrs of sales/customer service experience
ability to overcome objections
Must be trainable
Comfortable building rapport and talking to people of all walks of life
Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
A knack for juggling many tasks
A competitive streak: you love to win, and hate to lose
A passion for providing an outstanding customer experience
Don't take NO for an answer
Empathy for the challenges people face buying and selling a home
Real estate interest or experience Spanish fluency (written and verbal) a plus
Discipline and energy to meet ambitious goals
Not afraid to Cold Call or Door knock (you might be soo busy)
Know-how to navigate and use web applications, Google docs, sheets, and forms
