If you have either, please feel free to contact me or submit your resume for review. *Must have degree completed prior to start date: (Spring/) Quality Associate I This position is responsible for performing a retrospective review and remediation of Renal Complaints. VERY large scale project launching shortly and are in need of Quality Associates. They are looking for entry level individuals with Engineering or Life degrees. * Perform Retrospective review of Renal complaint coding decisions and remediate as appropriate. * Perform Retrospective review of Renal MDR Reportability decisions and remediate as appropriate. *Timely review and remediation of assigned complaints. *Escalate issues as appropriate to management team. *The incumbent will perform other duties assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Solid written/verbal communication and organizational skills. Critical thinking and decision making skills Resourceful, self-reliant, self-motivated and ability to clearly and confidently articulate issues. Knowledge and application of computer systems for complaint management (Microsoft word and excel). Ability to interact effectively with peers and management.
