Our firm is expanding, and we have positions nationwide that are custom tailored for experienced sales executives in the Risk Management and Claim Settlement Solutions industry. Our practice teams utilize our proprietary enterprise risk management and transactional claims technology products to save clients 10-40% of their current risk and claims costs over time.
The ideal candidates will be independent contractors who have strategic relationships with clients to create, build, and enhance their individual book of business. Once the client tries our unique offerings, they continually utilize us for supporting their current and future operations. You will gain a competitive advantage in your market working with our partners to close sales and expand business. With each case or project, you will enjoy a competitive commission structure to build a financially independent and secure future.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Cultivate relationships with clients to provide education and training for our integrated products and services
Maximize results through creative sales strategies and account prospecting
Work with our partners to close sales for the next available prospective client case or project
Knowledge and Skills:
Essential:
Recent sales experience
Proven ability to effectively manage strategic priorities with routine execution of tactical sales responsibilities, including reporting of all activity to the Managing Principal of Blackburn Group, Inc.
Strong perseverance and experience in closing sales
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Strong personal computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
Preferred:
Bachelor?s degree
Property, Casualty and Workers? Compensation insurance experience
2-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in closing sales in any industry
