ALL SHIFTS: 7 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm, 11 pm - 7 am

We are currently seeking a caring and dynamic Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses who are looking for an opportunity to have a direct, positive impact the lives of our patients and direct care staff daily, to join our team.
Carrington Place of Chesapeake, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking caring, compassionate and qualified nurses for all shifts. 7am-3pm, 3pm- 11pm, and 11pm-7am shifts are all available. Full-time and part-time available. PRN also available.

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Job Duties include:
Provide kind and compassionate care and clinical assessments for our residents.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in residents' conditions
Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate resident care plans.
Qualifications:
Currently State licensed and in good standing
1 year Healthcare experience in long-term care or short-term rehabilitation preferred
