ELB Consulting is seeking an associate level accountant to head up our project estimates, proposals and project management out of our Birmingham office.
DUTIES:
1. Provide cost segregation and R&D tax credit
2. Provide direct leadership and project management with team.
3. Work directly with clients to ensure high levels of customer service and project status.
4. Supports sales resources to develop projects and opportunities.
5. Builds influential relationships with the assigned accounts. Fully understands customer?s goals, objectives and business needs. Targets information and solutions based on customer?s requirements. Recommends solutions that serve the customer?s business objective.
6. Proven ability to manage both accounting and real estate data in response to customer FRF?s (Feasibility Requests Forms).

Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in accounting.
Enjoy learning about new innovative commercial property and tax solutions.
Very strong excel background.
Two to Three years accounting experience.
Mature, executive demeanor and bearing in addition to corporate level presentation and business management skills.
A professionally aggressive self-starter. Intelligent team player with a strong work ethic. Comfortable working in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
Maintains a positive and professional attitude.
