We are looking for honest, reliable and dependable inside Customer Service/ Sales professionals to add to our growing team. You will be assisting customers having basic computer problems that have reached out to us for help. This is an inbound position, offering our service and support. Calls are quick and last 15-20 minutes, leaving our customers satisfied with our services! Great entry level position that provides advancement opportunities.
Qualifications
No Sales Experience Required
Candidates with 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred
Customer Service Skills
Positive attitude+
Call Center experience +
Basic computer knowledge +
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills with ability to listen and speak well with others
Corporate training provided.
Compensation: Weekly paychecks. Pay is a base hourly plus commission. Our average sales reps make over $12- $15hr. our top reps make over $25hr. We also offer cash spiffs and incentives.
Shift: 32.5 hours Monday through Friday (Up to 40hrs a week available)
