Sales Trainee Job Opening in Sandy, Utah - Interwest is looking to hire a self-motivated with great attention to detail Sales Trainee to assist in a variety of responsibilities. We are currently seeking a full-time individual to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8-5. We are looking for the right individual to learn our systems and processes while developing relationships with our customers and factories, potentially becoming an outside sales rep for the company in the future. Great opportunity to learn about the electrical industry and distribution.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering emails in a timely manner
Providing exceptional customer service
Gaining the product knowledge in order to assist our customers on product selection and application
Placing and tracking orders for our customers and factories
Developing and maintaining relationships with our key factories and electrical distribution partners
Work with the outside sales team to maximize effectiveness in sales
Requirements:
Experience in customer service/sales helpful but not required
High School Diploma
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong computer skills
Strong people skills
Problem solver
Willingness to learn
