Job Details:
Our sales campaign involves working on exciting in-store promotional campaigns to aid in customer retention, sales rates, and brand awareness. We focus on representing our clients within major retailers to encourage personalized customer experiences. Currently promoting and selling products and services to our client?s existing customers face-to-face , we offer exclusive promotions to encourage brand loyalty and awareness.
Beyond our campaigns, we need our team to grow from within into future leadership and management roles. We provide cross-training experience in brand management, office management, business development, marketing, advertising, client relationship management, and business consulting. Due to rapid expansion needs, we focus on performance and aptitude rather than seniority!
Compensation - Hourly pay with commission, bonuses, and incentives
Travel - Dependant on campaign, moderate local travel with opportunities to attend out of state trips (paid-for accommodations)
Requirements - HS Diploma, degree and/or relevant customer service experience preferred
*This position involves working directly with existing customers only. We do not participate in outside customer acquisition such as business to business or door to door sales.*
