Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Piscataway, New jersey - Conduct all duties associated with accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Manage cash receipts, checking figures, posting and reviewing documents for correct entry, proper coding and mathematical accuracy.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
Conduct all duties associated with Payroll.
Perform reconciliations of bank statements.
Responsible for maintaining accurate accounting files.
Monitor and pay payroll taxes on a daily basis both Federal and State.
Must possess a full understanding of payroll tax administration, both Federal and State.
Must have the ability to prepare and communicate financial information to outside accountants.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,690.00 to $45,000.00 /year
Required experience:
Bookkeeping: 5 years
Accounting: 3 years
