Internal Auditor Job Opening in Northvale, New jersey - RAB Lighting is growing rapidly and is seeking an Internal Auditor who will be responsible for participating in our internal processes as well as assisting in the preparation of financial statements.

Responsibilities
Maintain internal control documentation, financial statement risk assessment, and internal audit plan directives
Conduct Internal audit of various company processes, documenting risk analysis, and suggesting countermeasures to reduce these risks
Assist in preparing financial statements, sales analysis, general accounting, and other various reports required
Assist management with special projects and assignments as needed
Conduct and/or lead reviews to assess the integrity of the financial statements and to evaluate the adequacy/efficiency of accounting, financial and operating procedures established for business control purposes
Assist in the preparation of audit reports with appropriate action plans that will aid management
Effectively communicate audit findings with management
Skills & Experience
BA in Finance/Business Administration, Accounting, or relevant required
2-3 years? experience in a large corporation's internal audit department
Experience in manufacturing or distribution department
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Travel - up to 10%
