Quickbooks Accounting Bookkeeper Job Opening in Freehold, New jersey - Our part time opportunity primarily entails the following responsibilities using Quickbooks accounting software:
a) Process and record customer payments from multiple sales and payment channels
b) Process and record payments to US-based and international suppliers
c) Reconcile all bank account statements and credit card transactions
d) Provide support to customer service, sales, IT and order personnel
e) Dispute credit card charge backs
f) Evaluate all sales and returns transactions for quarterly sales tax reporting
g) Assist with year end financial reconciliation process
h) Filing of all paperwork and receipts
Required Baseline Skills and Knowledge:
Must be able to read/write/speak English
Typing
Understanding of accounting principles or Quickbooks Enterprise
Interpersonal phone skills
General hours:
Part Time: Monday-Friday between 10am-2pm. Occasional Saturdays.
Winter months may have additional hours and summer months will have less hours. 90 day employment probationary period. We do perform background checks.
