VP of Sales Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - The Atlanta VP of Sales for Lead Forensics, will help further accelerate the company?s growth by regularly meeting and exceeding clearly defined sales objectives. Have proven ability and experience building and leading a large organization of sales professionals. The right candidate for this position will be a results-driven individual who can use a consultative sales strategy to effectively understand our customer?s needs, communicate the value of our services and continuously close new business. This individual must be comfortable with all new business development activities associated with maintaining a consistent pipeline of new prospects. The ideal candidate will have scaled an inside sales organization from ground-level to 60+ individuals.
Location: Atlanta
No Telecommuting
Travel: up to 10% both domestic and international
Build and manage a continual improvement framework to move the Sales organization to Best in Class performance
Manage and control a ?Best in Class? Sales organization ensuring documented action plans are in place to achieve performance
Own and drive Sales enablement into the organization to ensure speed of uptake and tactical achievement
Develop and manage a highly engaged sales team working within a collaborative and cross-functional organization
Create learning opportunities and develop staff for internal promotion
Develop and manage sales budgets
Participate as a member of the Executive Team, contributing to overall company strategy and operations
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, results and provide reporting on such to determine appropriate strategies
Ensure that all relevant opportunity details are tracked and documented in our CRM
Extensive experience building and managing a sales team in a high-growth SaaS startup
Minimum 7+ years managing successful Sales teams
You love goal setting and driving teams towards overachieving results, you are all about winning
Excellent analytical skills, extremely comfortable and confident rolling up your sleeves to dig through CRM/Excel sheets to solve problems.
