Inside Sales Account Manager Job Opening in Fairfield, Iowa - Terra Natural Designs is a growing company based in Fairfield, IA that works with Health Food stores nationwide, supplying them with Eco-Friendly, Fair Trade gifts.
We are seeking an experiences sales partner to manage existing accounts.
We need someone that enjoys people and being on the phone to work with them.
Ideally you have a passion for natural, fair trade products and offering Artisan hand made products.
All though you will receive training in our CRM (costumer relation management) system, you do need to have PC skills (word, excel, ideally other CRM ) and be organized so that everything you do is well documented.
You will be handed accounts 100+ (all health food stores) to work with, this means you will be assisting them in placing re-orders, cross sales and helping them to maintain a great presentation of our product in their store. We have a costumer service specialist that will handle non-sales issues.
You will be doing all business over the phone and are not required to travel to work with these accounts. Future travel may be an option depending on your skill level and willingness.
Pay will be fixed, plus a commission base .$1000-$1200 +6% of your sales. Expected monthly re-orders are at least $15k with the existing accounts.
Once working full-time and up and running you should able to handle many more accounts, up to 200 accounts, which we will hand over as you are progressing.
