Psychiatric Nurse Nurse Specialist
We are seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. An excellent opportunity for an experienced motivated professional interested in joining an exciting healthcare system dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our patients and their families. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a highly skilled and committed team. This position reports to the CMO and the CEO. Westborough Behavioral offers inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults and seniors; including mental health, chemical dependency and specialty programs.
Job Summary:
Responsible for an inpatient case load within a behavioral health setting
Knowledgeable of a wide range of disorders; cognitive, emotional, developmental, social and behavioral
Perform crisis intervention
Participate in performance improvement activities within the department
Qualifications:
Graduate accredited Nursing Program Two years of experience preferred as an RN preferred in an acute care adult, child/adolescent behavioral health setting
Training and/or certification in Psychiatric nursing.
License /Certification: Current license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Certified Nurse Practitioner. HWC training will be offered as part of orientation.
