Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in East Hartford, Connecticut - BioSafe Systems, a family-owned manufacturer of biodegradable disease-control products, began selling its flagship product ZeroTol to the horticulture industry in 1998. The company quickly expanded to the agricultural, industrial, and consumer markets with innovative pest control solutions, applications, and products.
BioSafe Systems is seeking a full-time Inside Sales & Service Representative who will be responsible for answering a variety of call types, CRM data and order entry, account management, and support for Outside Sales and Marketing efforts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Inbound calls - sales and sales support, customer service, and interdepartmental call routing
Outbound calls - sales and marketing efforts, and promotions
Training - attend and retain primary product line or segment training, and cross-training
Account management - sales support and service, business development, and cross selling
Distributor/Dealer support - ongoing business development and service with designated list

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Experience: Familiarity with Agriculture, Horticulture, Food Safety, Aquatics preferred
Computer Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, familiarity working with ERP and CRM systems. Familiarity with phone and communication systems.
