Responsibilities for Staff Accountant
Provide high quality & timely service to clients
Develop technical skills and apply professional standards
Prepare work papers to document work preformed
Prepare Corporate, Partnership, Estate, Trust and Individual tax returns
Draft financial statements and disclosures
Manage time to meet budget on engagements
Assist in proofing schedules and work papers
Professional development encouraged
Job Requirements
CPA preferred or candidate eligible to take CPA exam
Develop relationships with clients
Follow directions of direct supervisor
Quickly become proficient with firm software(Creative Solutions Suite, Thomson Reuters research, MS office)
Assist in implementation of new software
Manage multiple tasks
Assist with marketing the firm
