Duties & Responsibilities:
Accounts payable, tenant receivable, billing and collection
Track and process security deposits and refunds
Bank reconciliation
Produce accrual monthly financial statements
Balance sheet review
Budgeting
Common area reconciliation
Monthly owner distributions
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Experience in monthly accrual financial preparation and analysis
Working knowledge of A/P and basic accounting principals
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage accounting functions on time and efficiently
Ability to solve problems independently and professionally
Ability to set and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Must work well with others and interact positively with team members and staff
Proficiency in MS Office required
