Purpose/Summary:
To ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and support the work of management and other staff. Must provide adequate administrative support to include duties such as answering phone calls, assisting with filing, organizing, data entry, and other general administrative tasks as needed by the management and supervisory team.
Minimum Qualifications:
o Preferably 1+ year of experience working in a office environment as administrative assistant or accounting assistant
o Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
o Able to multitask and work in a team environment
o Ideal candidate will have general accounting knowledge
o Must be proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office Suite products
o High School diploma preferred
o All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process
Physical demands:
o Ability to continuously stand or walk
o Ability to bend and lift occasionally
o Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
Work environment:
o Work will be conducted in an office environment
o May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment in the kitchen if needed to enter that area
o May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces
