Customer Service / Sales Representative Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Requirements / Responsibilities: * Must have Oklahoma property and casualty Insurance license.* - Must be dependable! Regular and on-time attendance is a must. - Candidate is a great "people person" with a great attitude, stellar customer service skills and someone who enjoys helping others. - Answer multi -line phone system, greet customers and respond quickly to customer requests. - Ability to use computer system. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong skills. - Cross sell and market all lines of Insurance offered by our Agency. - Analytical with strong attention to detail. - Problem-solving ability. - Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure. - Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude. - Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff. - Talk to customers over the phone, face to face or via email to resolve their questions or concerns. - Ability to scan, email and fax proficiently. - Identify, research, and resolve customer service issues using our company computer system. - Accurate and detailed customer data computer input. - Provide customers with product and service information. - Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved in a timely manner. - Maintain call log /history. * Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus, but not required (additional compensation).*
