Job Opening in Cedar Falls, Iowa - This job is going to be a career type job, including hourly pay and commissions as I am slowly semi retiring and need a self motivated team to replace me and to learn to grow the business and advance by learning, selling and designing jewelry , jewelry repair and finishing, bookwork, etc. This is a career where I prefer this position to be filled by a person with retail salesperson experience at any retailer and basic understanding and preferred a interest in ladies fine jewelry. If the right person shows up with good sales experience jewelry knowledge can be taught. If you are self motivated, raises are given depending on eagerness to accomplish new skills, and becoming more valuable.
