My name is David, I am the Assistant Manager at Furniture Row in Fort Collins, CO and I have a great opportunity for you. We are currently seeking honest and motivated individuals who would like to become a part of our team as a Sales Associate/Manager Trainee.
Starting Out: You will begin as a Sales Associate earning commission off of the furniture that you sell. If you have never been in sales before there is no need to worry - we do not require you to have previous sales experience. We have many successful individuals within our company that have came from many different career paths. During your first six weeks with the company you are guaranteed $600/week.
Training: We provide you with day-to-day training on our products, selling techniques, and leadership skills. After you get your foot in the door, we provide you with paid sales training as well as a paid extensive management training program. Manager Trainees that demonstrate the skills, leadership, and work ethic that it takes to be successful in this position can be promoted to Manager in as little as 1 1/2 - 2 years!
Drug Free: Furniture Row is a drug free company, must be able to pass a Drug Test
Pay: Sales Associates: Average $40,000/year! Managers: Make Over $70,000/year
