Summary:
Responsible for sales and relationship management for a geographically assigned portfolio of customers. Sells anatomical models, support materials, and educational trainings to the K-12, Collegiate, and Bodywork markets. We are presently expanding our sales team, and are looking forward to continued growth and penetration for the comprehensive Gross Anatomy industry. A foundation of Anatomy and prior work experience selling to the educational market is highly desired.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow new and existing customer relationships through exhibiting passion for education.
Work with customers/prospects to determine their level of need for anatomy models and support materials and explain products/services offered in order to qualify additional sales.
Meet or exceed revenue and quota goals through communication and effective sales and marketing strategies.
Enjoy overnight and weekend travel to respective territory 10-50% in any given month.
Support marketing efforts such as exhibits, educational trainings, customer visits and other events.
Coordinate travel and logistics of educational trainings and marketing events.
Utilize various software applications to optimize efficiency and performance.
Enjoy working in a small, team-oriented company.
Possess communication skills to speak confidently to customers/prospects of all levels.
Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to job duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
(REQUIRED) The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor?s Degree in related field (e.g., Sales/Marketing, Business), and/or:
Evidence of successful sales experience (minimum of 2 years)
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
Ability to travel as required
A self-motivated and results oriented work ethic
The highest standard of business ethics
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to pass drug and alcohol screenings

Company Background:
The ANATOMY IN CLAY® Learning System, founded in the 1970?s by Jon Zahourek, has been used by thousands of classrooms nationwide. In 1977, fine artist Jon Zahourek moved his family from Santa Fe to New York City. One of his first assignments was teaching figure drawing at the Parsons School for Design.
