Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for our 120 bed skilled nursing facility. Kingston serves post acute care patients who require additional nursing care and rehabilitation before returning home. This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Nurse with sound clinical knowledge who has at least three to five years experience in a Continuing Care or in a rehabilitation setting. In addition, strong leadership abilities and an unwavering commitment to quality are required talents. The ideal candidate will have successful experience supervising others in roles similar to a Shift Supervisor, Team Leader or Unit Manager. The position reports to the Director of Nursing Services and is an integral member of the building?s Management Team. This position requires outstanding clinical AND strong management skills.
