Registered Nurse Case Manager Home Health Job Opening in Guthrie, Oklahoma - Busy Home Health Agency seeking full-time RN Case Manager in Guthrie/Kingfisher areas.
Provides professional nursing care to the agency's home care clients/consumers as prescribed by the physician, plan of care, and in compliance with the State Registered Nurse Practice Act and the agency policies and procedures. May also provide professional nursing services in an institutional setting within the policies and procedures of that institution and the payer sources. Enforces and maintains agency philosophy, policies, and procedures.
Experience in home health preferred, but not required.
