General office duties include but are not limited to answering multi-line phone, data entry, invoicing, assist customers with billing inquiries and ordering, packaging orders and preparing for shipment. Potential for full-time employment. Possess ability to effectively communicate verbally and written with customers and co-workers in a small business sales atmosphere. Applicant must have strong computer skills and experience with email, Excel and Word. Quickbooks experience helpful but not required. Solid organizational & problem solving skills and ability to multi-task is necessary.
