F&I Sales Specialist Job Opening in Birmingham, Alabama - ECP, Inc. is seeking an experienced F&I Specialist in the Central Alabama region for one of our most prestigious clients.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
We focus on offering business building profit opportunities to new and used vehicle dealers in Alabama.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF F&I SPECIALIST
You will be responsible for building an additional client base by contacting top level executive offering products and services to automobile dealers.
Interface with internal departments to communicate issues related to administration and customers
Cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with dealership sales executives by training and consulting on opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
Introducing new products and programs and actively promoting sales with clients.
Proposing solutions in order to achieve target goals based upon specific business and operational needs, by illuminating the economic benefits involved with participation in our products, programs and services.
Acting as a trusted liaison, trainer and motivator to assist sales professionals in exceeding sales targets and goals.
Develop/build client base, utilizing proven sales techniques including research, prospecting, probing, lead generation, cold calling and closing.
Participate in comprehensive training program which focuses on product knowledge, developing proven, effective sales skills and business development tools.
You will be responsible for training, consulting and developing of new clients while helping to develop existing customers.
SUMMARY OF F&I SPECIALIST
ECP Incorporated is currently seeking an F&I Specialist for one of our most prestigious agents that is committed to excellence and long-term employment. Your principal responsibility will be to contact many of the nation?s leading product and service providers to vehicle dealerships in order to facilitate in their participation of offering industry leading products, programs and solutions to their clients.
REQUIREMENTS OF ANCILLARY PRODUCTS SALES MANAGERS
Finance and Insurance Experience
Excellent communication skills
Capable of identifying and selling to new dealerships
Prior experience required
Experience with Reinsurance and Retro programs (a plus)
Existing Relationships with dealerships
AFIP Certification (a plus)
Travel up to 50-70%
Superb ?closing? skills
