Summary/Objective
The Call Center Representative is primarily responsible for contacting business owners over the phone and presenting effective and efficient value-added programs and various other programs. Ultimately, this person will be scheduling appointments for our Outside Sales Agents with business owners mainly throughout the United States. Also, this person will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures while maintaining company profitability.
Essential Functions:

Effectively sell the company brand to prospective business owners
Cold-calling prospects that are generated by external lead sources
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
Make outbound follow-up calls or other types of communications in order to confirm appointments for the independent agents.
Make multiple calls per day
Set 5-7 appointments per day
Job Qualities & Experience Required:
Entry-level, but merchant services experience preferred but not required
Inside sales, call center or cold calling experience a plus
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding presentation skills
Outstanding time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Proven ability to show initiative and be a self-starter
Proven ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
Ability to execute strategies and get results while meeting critical deadlines
