Description:
Prepare and process payroll to include processing of leave requests, timecards, and data entry into the payroll system, making appropriate payroll or Human Resource data changes, and transmitting payroll accurately and timely
Creates, maintains and updates employee filesProcesses Human Resource payables
Processes manual and void checks as needed
Prepares and reconciles payroll accounting entries to include salaries and wages, employee benefits accounts, and data entry into the payroll in all audits reporting as it pertains to employee records, files, payroll and benefits
Responsible to develop payroll procedures, document and train users and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the payroll and timekeeping systems
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Business or Accounting preferred
Minimum of 3 years? payroll experience
Payroll experience with Ceridian
UltiPro experience, preferred
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hour, Based on Experience
