FULL TIME STORE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
The Operations Associate delivers operational excellence in the store environment. This person will be responsible for the daily operational tasks of the store while partnering with the Retail Store Manager to ensure the team members are following operational procedures.
Responsibilities:
Daily paperwork routines
Receive incoming shipments
Assist with physical inventory counts and return shipments
Maintain a neat, clean and organized store environment at all times
Assist in setting up and refreshing store merchandising updates
Train team members on proper operational policies and procedures
Deliver operational results based on key performance indicators
Qualifications:
Operational/ Administrative Experience Preferred
Excellent communication, including written and verbal skills
High School Diploma/ GED
Basic Computer Skills
