Inbound Sales Representative Job Opening in Melbourne, Florida - MUST HAVE SALES BACKGROUND
We are seeking a motivated, quick minded, and driven individual with some sales background for the position of Account Manager in our growing Melbourne, Florida office. We are a fast growing international company that needs the best local talent for a meaningful career.
We are a supplier of various Aircraft parts, Military parts, Ground Support Equipment, and Maritime Parts. We also carry Aftermarket, OEM, and Government Excess Surplus, as well as PMA parts. We provide value added services like Sourcing and Procurement of customer's part requirements. Our part number database consists of National Stock Numbers (NSN), Manufacture Cross Reference Numbers, and Technical Characteristics. We provide support for Government agencies around the globe, Prime Contractors, MRO (maintenance and repair operations), Contract Manufacturers, Distributors, and brokers. Feeling satisfied by fulfilling the customer's needs is the main goal of our team. This is a Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm position. This position is for individuals who strive to be successful and have career goals in mind. People with a background in sales, retail or otherwise generally do very well in this position. This may be a retail store, call center, retail cellular company, or even insurance or recruiting companies.
Job Description: Ability to understand and navigate company systems within multiple screens in a fast paced environment, while seated for extended periods of time.
Ability to work independently while making sound business decisions with a well-developed sense of urgency.
Must be able to work under time constraints with fluctuating work volumes to meet the needs of the business, while also meeting all expected performance metrics.
Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with various types of organizations.
Efficient and accurately handle customers? requests (RFQ?s).
Reliably follow-up with customers on their Requests, Quotes, and Sales Orders by phone, and document this communication.
Efficient and accurate resolution of issues and questions with all customers (Company Wide).
Be empathetic to all customers? questions, and concerns with a sincere desire to serve (Company Wide).
Research information quickly to locate (source) customers? requirements.
Communicate with Manufactures and Suppliers to determine the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet customers? requirements.
Review proposals (sourcing), negotiate prices, select and/or recommend suppliers to the proper channels. (ie., Return Policy, Payment Terms, Freight Terms)
Performance Metrics Include: Monthly Production Goals, Quote Ratio, RFQs to Order Ratio, Inbound and Outbound Calls, RMAs, Daily Process Flow Adherence, Customer Service Feedback Scores.
Past Employment In: Call Center, Retail Sales, Restaurant, Inside Sales, Outside Sales

Basic Qualifications: STRONG computer skills ( Computer literacy is a must including the ability to quickly learn new software) phone/speaking be a highly motivated, self-starter that is highly organized in a fast-paced and a drive to succeed in all aspects of the job with long-term career goals in problem solving and ability to manage time with a detail-oriented excellent verbal and written communication skills and project a professional image Associates Degree.
No aviation experience is required, we provide a comprehensive, systematic, and detailed training program.
We are looking for people that have the drive, maturity, self-motivation, work ethic, and desire to excel at their career. You must be a quick learner and able to grasp new concepts easily . A high level of success in sales of almost any kind usually leads to a high level of success with this company. Typical first year combined compensation could be between $35,000 to $50,000.
