This role is a great opportunity for experienced logistics dispatchers, Account Managers, Customers Sales Reps, or Carrier Sales reps. This role combines inside sales, account management and relationship building all into one job. We foster an entrepreneurial environment where experienced industry professionals are provided the tools to flourish and grow their own book of business without micromanagement. This role is also a fast track to management as a management lead after growing as stable book of business.
Job Description
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery
Manage day to day needs to retain client growth and relationship
Manage your daily shipments to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
Collaborate internally with your team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans
Review sales activities and prospective customers with management
Desired Skills & Experience
Proven success as an industry leader in Dispatch, Account Management, Customer or Carrier Sales
Experience using TMS systems in communicating customers and carriers
Ability to find decision makers
Above average computer skills, proficient in Google for Work/G Suite and or Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to thrive is fast paced working environment, and willing to be available after hours and weekends if needed
Strong work ethic - Someone willing to work hard to build a long term career
Outgoing- has the energy and personality to engage others in person and over the phone
Excellent problem solving skills
Time management ability to balance new customer hunting with supporting existing accounts
Team Player Enjoys helping the team be successful as much as individual success!
