$0.25/watt up to 5 deals/mo
Average system size - 7kW
Average paycheck - $1,750
After 5 deals Base Pay:
6th Deal - $0.26/watt
7th Deal - $0.27/watt
8th Deal - $0.28/watt
9th Deal - $0.29/watt
10th Deal - $0.30/watt
Top Producers - 7 Deals/mo: $15,000/mo.
Manager Pay:
- $0.25/w + $0.05 override on ALL team deals
