Insurance Customer Service Representative / Sales Associate Job Opening in Bristol, Rhode island - Looking to hire an insurance customer service representative / sales associate for a high paced environment with a focus on professionalism and the customer experience. Must be responsible, punctual, and a person who holds themselves to a high level of integrity. Responsibilities would include answering the phone with a smile, solving client needs properly, being thorough through tasks, processing payments / remittances, as well as making policy changes and issuing insurance policies if / when licensed. Customer service experience in general required, and insurance experience / active P&C insurance license a plus. Must be proficient in computer skills including Word & Excel, scanning / uploading, using client management systems, and inputting data in windows based programs for quotes & applications. Must be quick to learn and adapt to changes in the industry / office environment including those with technology.
