The successful candidate will possess a high level of integrity and personal motivation, the ability to navigate the latest in technological advancements in the auto industry, and the capacity to build relationships to persuade others to make a decision to purchase from you!

Average compensation for a salesperson is over $55,x0 per year, and top producers are $95,x0. **Monthly guarantee $32x for 10 car minimum.
Requirements: A valid driver?s license and acceptable driving record. You must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. Must be comfortable working with customers and following up on all leads. Must be self-managing and able to take a client from prospect to close with minimal supervision. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional appearance and demeanor. At least a year of retail experience is preferred, but we also offer the highest quality of sales training in the industry.
