SS Industries is a fast paced local manufacturer looking for an Inside Sales Manager with sales leadership experience beginning with developing and nurturing sales opportunities, effectively managing a pipeline of sales and driving opportunities to the close.
For 40 years our company has enjoyed a reputation both locally and nationally as a leading manufacturer of stock and custom staircases, noted for outstanding design and fabrication. With our unmatched value and pride in producing the highest quality staircases, we have seen the demand for our stairs increase over the years and has made us one of the leading manufactures of staircases in North America. Our product lines feature stairs constructed of steel, forged iron, solid wood, aluminum, and galvanized steel and each new stair is built with an unwavering commitment to quality and a disciplined approach to construction.
Our Sales Office, located just outside of Skippack, provides a positive and constructive work environment to allow our team to work independently, earn above average income and to be a contributor to our exciting company growth.
Ideal Candidate:
Has a proven track record of sales performance and management
Identifies strongly with his or her role as a Sales Manager
Has a strong command of sales metrics and belief in their value in predicting performance
Highly competitive and motivated
Is always looking to improve his skills and seeks out coaching or 2nd opinions when needed
Is a tenacious problem solver and can think independently to overcome objections
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Managing and motivating team members to meet objectives and efficiency by converting lead opportunities from Inbound Calling, Web Form Submissions and Online Chats
Managing and improving processes
Implementing and managing lead nurturing and rekindling of existing opportunities
Improving lead conversion and response time
Recruiting, Hiring and Training of team members
Coaching and mentoring
