Auto Repair Diagnostic / Smog Technician Job Opening in san luis obispo, California - Auto Repair Diagnostic / Smog Technician Lyons Auto Repair has opened a new position for an ASE Certified Automotive Technician / California Licensed Smog Technician (EB or EA smog license). Experience and expertise in advanced computer diagnostics (foreign and domestic) is preferable. Work hours would be Tuesday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday, 8 am to 3 pm; one hour lunch break each work day. Pay period is weekly. Lyons Auto Repair is a third-generation family business with a long-standing reputation for quality and service in the North County. We perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on all makes and models. The shop has three hoists (two four-post, one drive-on), Tech2 diagnostic scanner, Ford IDS and VW/Audi VagCom diagnostic software. We stock AC Delco batteries; AC Delco, Motorcraft, and Toyota filters; AC Delco belts and hoses; Castrol and Mobil 1 motor oils. Computer software and repair information systems include Alldata, Mitchell One, Identifix, SPS (TIS-2-Web for GM recalibration).
