Provide quality customer service experience to customers
Work with customers to determine their needs and wants in their next vehicle purchase
Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
Conduct meet and greets, presentation, test drives and write ups
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
Requirements of the Customer Service/Sales Associates - Smart Honda
Previous sales or customer service experience
Internet/social networking experience very helpful
Connected to the community a PLUS!
Valid Driver?s License with minimal tickets

The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000.00 to $100,000.00
