Illinois Solar is currently hiring SOLAR SALES CONSULTANTS/CLOSERS to service our potential customers in the Central and South Western ILLINOIS

PAY SCALE:
COMMISSION ONLY (WE PAY THE FASTEST AND HIGHEST COMMISSIONS IN THE INDUSTRY!)
100k-200k POTENTIAL 1st year
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a valid Driver?s License with proof of Insurance
Self generate leads through referrals and canvassing
Desire to achieve
Become an expert in renewable energy and smart home products and their benefits to the consumer
Help families save money through our consumer-focused sales practice
Close contracts confidently with new homes and families while gaining outside business development expertise
Interface with decision makers on a daily basis

Generate solar leads from networking efforts
Meet with homeowners interested in solar for their home
Travel to and from customers to negotiate and close deals
Build large network of leads and contacts
Maintain database of leads/opportunities and track all activities from initial lead development through hand-off
Follow up on leads provided by Illinois Excel Solar and also generate your own leads and sales within our territory including all south and central Illinois counties and including Bond, Calhoun, Clinton, Jersey, Macoupin, Madison, Monroe, St. Clair
Complete sales process of pre-qualified customers by phone and email and meeting customers through to project installation
Achieve and surpass customer and company goals and expectations
Job Type: Commission
Salary: $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 /year
