DMS Moving Systems of Bessemer, Alabama is looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. This position will act as a liaison between our sales team and customers ensuring customer satisfaction. The ability to provide excellent communication and negotiation skills would be a very important feature of this position. Being able to act proactively addressing customers needs and the sales process from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
Perform in home estimates for pre-sold business as well as new lead opportunities Detail service needs for pricing as well as opportunity needs.
Resolve problems and manage complaints in a timely manner
Prospect for new business and provide weekly progress reports to the Director of Sales Stay to up-to-date with new features which DMS can provide to benefit our customers Establish Best Practices
Suggest innovative ideas to increase and improve customer experience
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive Hands on experience with customer service.
An ability to understand customer needs provide solutions accordingly Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Basic computer skills and an understanding of I-Pad and its applications Associate Degree or previous van line sales experience preferred Salary/Commission will commensurate with experience and education
