Clinic Administrator Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - Unique opportunity! Brand new surgery center, set to open the first of the year, is looking for a confident, highly driven Administrator able to start ASAP. Oregon Surgical Institute is the first surgery center in the northwest United States designed specifically to treat complex cases and procedures, focusing on total joint replacements and spine disorders. This practice will not only be the ideal place for patients, it will be a great place to work! The Administrator is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan for facility; manage all functions; plan, organize, and direct all related functions and activities (internal and external); establish goals, objectives, and standards of performance; in cooperation with Regent Surgical Health leadership, develop operating policies and procedures; interpret policies, standards and regulations to the staff, patients, medical staff, and public. Achieve benchmark financial and clinical objectives as determined by Board of Managers.
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Nursing, Health Administration, or Accounting. Master?s preferred. Financial Accounting background with strengths in Human Resources and Clinic Management.
Experience: Minimum five years of health care management experience of at least senior-management level. Experience in the orthopedic field preferred. Familiarity with EMR systems and practice management software, including reporting and analytics. A working knowledge of Excel is required.
