EMR Applications Analyst Job Opening in Gold Beach, Oregon - Informatics Electronic Medical Records (EMR) application analyst, provides first level response to Curry Health Network EMR application end users. First level response includes eliciting information to diagnose and troubleshoot; providing technical guidance in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of Healthcare application and user hardware issues. Perform of EMR clinical, scanning, and registration processes for testing, quality assurance, and reporting. Assist with project coordination of EMR application module implementations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Investigates and troubleshoots software inquiries for user in timely and courteous manner. Triage alerts and tickets for problem resolution and documentation into Help desk application. Acts as liaison between end users and vendors, facilitating communication and problem resolution. Works closely with IT, subject matter experts to provide timely resolution of end user issues/problems or escalates issue on behalf of the end user to appropriate technical support personnel as necessary. Develops technical documentation for manuals and training. Provides guidance to staff on software/hardware following appropriate policies. Other duties as assigned that improve department and organizational performance.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Associates degree or trade certification preferred 2-5 years' personal computer, computer networking, telecommunications or configuration management troubleshooting experience 2-5 years' customer service experience preferred
