Manager Job Opening in chicago, Illinois - Manager *** Small business is looking for talented individual to serve as Administrative Manager. *** Briley Investments owns/operates 6 fast food franchise restaurants on the East Coast, but seeks Administrative Manager for Corporate Office in Lake Forest IL. Duties will include managing the following functions: - Accounting & Bookkeeping (using QuickBooks) - Human Resources - Payroll - Office Administration - Operations Must be profient in QuickBooks and doing accounting in a cash environment. Must have excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new things quickly. Must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively. Some Human Resources background is preferred, but not required. Must have experience with payroll processing (either with QuickBooks or ADP) or the ability to learn quickly.
