AUTOMOTIVE INTERNET SALES DIRECTOR & BDC MANAGER
The successful candidate will need to have extensive and successful experience working with customers and salespersons in the internet department! We need an Internet Sales Director/BDC Manager, immediately, that has TREMENDOUS organizational skills to run a large internet department. This position requires a successful candidate to have the ability to maintain a strong work ethic amongst a large group of salespersons with proper workflow. Full Time, W-2 with Benefits (after 60 days)
Competitive Pay Plan with the ability to make $100k+++
This is a Sales Management Position, not a Marketing position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Previous sales experience required
Previous management experience required
Automotive industry experience required
Strong communication skills
Ability to coach and develop team into an award winning customer service center
