Responsibilities Include:
Partner with a senior sales consultant to assess the needs of clients and sell solutions
Establish and maintain superior customer relations, with both internal and external customers through regular contact and follow-up
Remain knowledgeable about customers? business practices and functions and understand the relationship between company products/services and the appropriate needs for clients
Builds and proactively manages a sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding goals established by NeuroLeadership Institute
Write proposals demonstrating understanding of client?s needs, outlining solutions and implementation
Act as a point of contact person for clients with questions or any issues as they arise
Skills and Qualifications:
Approximately 2-5 years of experience in consultative sales, inside sales support or other related roles preferably in the HR solutions, talent management, leadership development or organizational development sector
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, naturally loves to serve clients
Exceptional verbal and written English skills Outstanding interpersonal skills
Strong critical thinking skills including the ability to process complexity
Ability to translate big concepts into ?user-friendly? solutions
Ability to manage large amounts of detail and complexity
Ability to work as an independent thinker as well as a part of a team
Comfortable helping move clients along the journey towards a sale
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bachelor?s degree required, master?s degree preferred
