AMS has immediate full-time career opportunities for skilled, motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives!
Responsibilities Include:
Collect past due balances via outbound calls, emails & letters
Take appropriate action (skip trace, email, send demand letters, etc.)
Maintain accurate files on the computer
Assure that quotas are met for assigned accounts in portfolio
Qualification Requirements:
MUST have 3yr. minimum call center experience!!!
Outstanding phone presence & excellent writing skills
Highly motivated and able to work independently
Professional phone etiquette; enthusiastic
Strong negotiation skills
Detail oriented, organized and goal-driven mindset
Team player with a strong work ethic
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
All candidates must pass background check
