The car business is migrating towards people who want to do minimal work for minimal pay, but not here at Victory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! We are looking for highly motivated, hard working individuals that need to make a lot of money to join our sales team immediately . Previous automotive sales experience is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates. Successful candidates should possess a natural hunger, a drive to please people, amazing customer service skills, professional appearance, strong communication skills and most importantly a want/need to make above average pay for above average work ethic.
Commission up to 35%
Training pay for new hires
5 day/45 hour a week schedule
Medical, dental, and vision coverage (70% paid for by Victory)
Demo allowance
up to 3 weeks of paid vacation
All major holidays off including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
