Farm Tractor Equipment and Business Manager - Sales Associat... Job Opening in Nashville, Tennessee - Tractor Town and The Tractor Barn, Inc. is looking to hire a top candidate and professional to help manage and broker, buy and sell quality farm tractors throughout the area and the U.S.. We are expanding in this growing field of expertise. Must be responsible and hard working. The people who are successful here find helping and working with customers on their farm and heavy equipment needs to be very enjoyable and rewarding. An agricultural or farm background and knowledge would be helpful. This would not be a position for someone who knows little about farming or has never operated a tractor. Having a business and/or agriculture related degree would be an advantage too. We are looking for an individual with a proven record with regards to professionalism, being dependable and trustworthy. Being able to pay attention to details and remember them is another good qualification along with listening to and communicating with customers whether it's on the phone or in person. If you have good online experience with websites, the internet and online marketing that would be helpful. Recent college grads looking for a great entry level position in a growing field are welcome to apply.

*Using websites or doing marketing online
*Using a computer is mandatory so will also need fast wpm speed. Minimum 40 wpm.
Starting salary negotiable based on experience. In general $34,000 plus incentives to $55,000 starting based on experience in the field in most cases. Incentives are also included after a 3 month period depending on your progress to a Asst. Manager or Senior Sales Associate and that would boost your earnings in addition.
