This opening for a Software Trainer & Retention Specialist is a great opportunity for an ambitious, highly-organized, and tech-savvy candidate.
Software Trainer & Retention Specialist Responsibilities:
Conduct product demos for potential clients.
Work with the software implementation team in providing customer support.
Conduct training sessions for new system users.
Answer chat line and determine the person?s issue, i.e., interested in our products, questions from a new user, etc.
Follow up with users in a timely manner when they ask for additional system functionality that may require development.
Other duties as assigned.
Software Trainer & Retention Specialist Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in CIS, IT or similar curriculum or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas.
Strong technical skills.
Customer success management expertise.
Professional and positive demeanor and excellent phone skills.
Positive customer focus.
Strong organizational skills.
Professional demeanor in stressful situations.
Strong work ethic.
Good sense of humor.
Nice To Have:
Bilingual (preferably Spanish) or multi-lingual.
