Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Processing Customer Orders with attention to detail
Process quotes, bids and estimates
Identify Efficiencies ? seek ways to stream line processes
Ability to minimize deliveries to jobsites
Ask questions & verify with customer or salesperson
Minimize returns
Suggestive sell additional products
File paperwork
Selling of all products sold by Schillings.
Job requirements:
Ability to learn Point of Sale software
Write up orders
Quick Recall
Excel proficiency
Reprint Invoices
Look up Open Orders
