Inside Sales Representative for Orthodontic Practice Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - Orthodontic Experts, LTD in Chicago (Pilsen neighborhood) is looking for a caring, confident, motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for a full-time patient inside sales treatment representative position.
Experience in INSIDE SALES and customer service is required. Dental/Orthodontic experience is not required but recommended.

Responsibilities include:
Presenting Orthodontic treatment plans and giving estimates of treatment costs in an effective manner.
Educating and discussing the Orthodontics treatment plan after diagnosed and review by the clinical staff with patient.
Explain, promoting, and adhering to company payment policies and procedures.
Obtaining high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage, and finance options.
Selling services and products.
Establish relationship with patients and patient?s family.
Generate referrals from post treatment patients.
Desired Skills:
Able to multi-task and complete tasks on time.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, listening to patient need and possess a friendly demeanor.
Sales background and skills.
Computer literate.
Goal orientated
Spanish speaking a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
Full-time, non-exempt position. Competitive salary plus Commission (potential up to $90,000.00) and benefit package. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K.
